Another new product aimed at creating ski fitness and good base movement patters and alignment.
Get in shape outdoors this fall. Nordic Walking is the perfect cross training tool for skiing. You can do it anyplace at anytime. Nordic Walking gives you a full body workout while taking the stress off your joints. A Nordic Walkers use the poles to help propel them forward and give their upper body resistance exercise which build bone density and good posture. Nordic Walking is for everyone... no matter what your fitness level is.
Nordic Walking can help your skiing by keeping you fit, work on your coordination with hand/foot movements, strengthen your shoulders which will help keep your shoulders more relaxed while moving. This shoulder and core connection will help you maintain a strong stance over your feet which will translate into your skiing.
Demo poles are provided for your use. Wear clothes appropriate for the weather outside and shoes for walking distance.
